KINGS of the MOUNTAIN!
Their incredible fitness allows them to climb, bare feet
or with flip flops,
and even sometimes run, with heavy loads of equipment
and food to ensure the best comfort for visitors. When
you are in difficulty, they patiently wait for you; when
you are hungry, they cook for you; when you are tired
they prepare your camp so that you can rest.
When you came across some groups of courageous climbers
not using the support of the porter and Guide, you can
be assured that their experience of the Mount Rinjani is
much more demanding and somehow less enjoyable, since
they do not have the comfort of climbing unloaded nor
the company of truly warm and welcoming sasak people.
Never tired and always smiling,
lets salute to the Kings of the mountains ( Rinjani
Footprint Guide and Porter )
We believe it is important that you are comfortable and
safe on your expedition. We provide a friendly and
professional team who will be available to help you with
your needs at all times.
RINJANI FOOTPRINT is an agency, with several
years experience in providing services in tourism,
especially in mountaineering.
our Teams ( Guide ) are trained & licensed in search &
rescue technique (SAR-Lombok), use local porters and
promote a code of environmental good conduct.
While everybody speaks about sustainable tourism without
really act, we has decided to set-up a strategy, on own
scale, to effectively act against this major issue.
At times it seems that everyone in Lombok is a trekking
guide for Mount Rinjani, Rinjani Footprint is different.
We believes in the ideals of sustainable and fair
tourism. in our expeditions, we always maintain the
cleanliness, clean environment that we've been through
and bring down garbage that we see. We understand that
if we not protect the nature which provides us with an
income, soon or later, we will not be able to make a
living out of it anymore.
we take full care of you during your holiday in whatever
way possible and to help you feel at home during with
us. Quality is our priority not quantity.
"...The expedition is exhausting, no doubt, but the
sheer size and beauty be seen to be believed. This was
definitely a life altering experience ..."
